Did I hug Azka today?

Thursday February 23, 2006 | Filed under: Misc

Whenever he came back from a journey, the children of his household would be taken out to meet him. He (SAW) used to hug them close to him… - Abu Hurairah

One of the most common prescriptions I write is: Four hugs per day — one before each meal and one at bedtime.

It takes 4 hugs a day to survive, 8 hugs a day to maintain, and 12 hugs a day to grow.

Studies have shown that skin-to-skin contact between parent and child improves the baby’s sleep, breathing, heart rate and weight gain. Kangaroo Care babies also breastfeed more readily. Massaging babies has been shown to encourage relaxation in both parent and child and to promote the baby’s growth.

Mmm, lucu. Pasti ada sesuatu di dalam sebuah pelukan. Yang sederhana, gratis, dan nggak ribet ini. It may do wonders…
